  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Generate analyses, reports, and savings proposals using AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Process merchant statements through automated systems to identify overcharges and optimization opportunities.
  • Create competitive benchmarking and ROI calculations based on uploaded data.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Specifically:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 2 years after account closure for legal and business purposes.
  • Uploaded Statements: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion, unless you specifically request longer retention for ongoing analysis.
  • Generated Reports: Retained for 1 year after generation to allow re-download and reference.
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 6 months for security and system optimization purposes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time; we will fulfill such requests in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate business needs.

6. Your Rights

7. International Transfers
